BESPOKE - Budgeting and Scheduling for Unscripted TV - NFTS

This 2-day course will focus on the essential skills required to create budgets and schedules for unscripted TV, across a multitude of unscripted genres. The course includes practical exercises, group discussions, real-life examples and plenty of tips!

What You’ll Study  

• Budget explanation (overheads, production fees, recoveries & more)

• How to use a treatment to put together a budget

• How to create a schedule

• Working with different genres within unscripted such as docs, Obs Docs, Archive, Children's, Consumer, Natural History Sports/OBs & more.

• Managing costs during production

• How to reduce spending

• What happens if you are still over budget
